the location was excellent. a tram stop took us to central in just a few minutes. a supermarket was close by. staff at reception were also very helpful.

The apartment wasn't serviced for ten days. we didn't get fresh towels or toilet paper . kitchen equipment was lacking. We found no teaspoons or sharp knife.

this apartment offered a great experience for our family. it was very handy to tram and metro lines (minimising our walk time). two reasonably sized supermarkets nearby provided a good range of supplies. i found the apartment minimalistic, yet the supermarket proximity was valuable.

i found that there was no wardrobe in the bedroom, only a hanging rack, so i had to store my luggage on the floor.

the reception staff offered helpful assistance . they provided 24-hour assistance to guests and ensured our needs were met efficiently. i found them quite cute.

the location provided easy access to public transport. a tram stop was right outside (very convenient!). the apartment was quite large. i also found the gym access next door beneficial.

the dining table felt a bit small given the large, open space in the rest of the apartment.
